Cross Save auto authentication
I was attempting to help my friend set up his cross save using my computer. He has an xbox and a PS account and wanted to play on both systems. When he set up his bungie account logging in with xbox and then tried to enable cross save, it automatically linked to my PSN account because I was logged into Sony on a separate web tab. Now we cannot remove my PSN and put his in. WTF? Even more frustrating for me is I already had a bungie account that I can no longer access because when I log in it brings ME to his bungie account. WHAT? Help please. (And yes, I'm writing this on his bungie account because, again, I cannot access my own).
This is a major flaw. Why is this happening?
We didn't even finish going through the process of completing the cross save process because neither of us want to screw up our characters we have.

Hi there. To remove your PlayStation account from his profile, make sure you're logged in via the Xbox account credentials, then go to Settings > Accounts & Linking. You should be able to unlink the PlayStation account there and link the intended account. You probably want to log out of your PlayStation account and clear your browser's cache and cookies before linking a different account there to avoid it automatically linking your account again. Then you can return to the Cross Save page and finish. As for your Bungie profile, unfortunately if your PlayStation account was the only platform account linked to it, it's now orphaned and cannot be logged into currently. You would have to create a new Bungie profile.
