Is this weapon not acquirable anymore, checked in the kiosk for lost quests and couldn't find it.

No it was an exclusive quest 2 seasons ago and they have yet to rerelease it. It’s a joke. It’s the most used gun in crucible for a reason. It’s the best gun. Bungie said they would eliminate the FOMO but i guess that didn’t include the worst instance for FOMO. Keep bringing it up and maybe Bungie will listen for once.
