Good job on 110 HC buff, but removing 150s was a mistake
I am happy with almost every balance change from the TWAB, except the removal of 150RPM handcannons. I personally prefer 140s and used to use them over 150s despite their ttk being higher. I don't see how you could buff autos to have a .8 TTK, but not leave a HC archetype that can do the same.
People wanted more range and better perks on 140s over 150s... not the removal of 150s. Even with these changes, 600 autos are still likely to dominate over 140s in crucible.
Still, I'm very satisfied with this last TWAB. Overall, I like the direction you're moving toward.

So long as 150s exist 140s were always going to be overshadowed. There's too many archetypes that do almost the same exact thing in this game, with just one doing it a little better. They should do more culling tbh.
