So two of us went through the prophecy dungeon and we got all of the urns except the one on the drifters ship before you go through the portal. That one we had found before doing a run of The Reckoning, which has an urn there for the Dust lore book. Problem is, it’s missing for us when we load into the dungeon and so now we’re stuck at 11/12 on the Urn It triumph. Any ideas? We’ve gone back and checked, we for sure got the other 11.
