Net net it's a nerf Slower time to kill, but it can take out any guardian with 2 headshots and a bodyshot. But very few people run high resilience anyway so it's pretty meh

Bit of both, it has a slower 3 hit head ttk, but it can now 2c 1b any guardian at any resilience
