Why wasn’t fusions like Bastion touched??
Idk about pc but on console everyone is still going to main bastion for trials cuz of how stupid the damage is... like... you can 1 shot a super with ease... and it is such an easy weapon to use. Like it could use a damage nerf and add huge recoil to make it harder to use.

You can’t 1 shot a super with ease, if you pop a super and run at a Bastion you deserve to die in your super.

It's really great as long as folks feed into you. Punishes bad plays for breakfast. It's really shite when the good players stop doing that / those and force you into their OHK ranges / their OHK ranges onto you. At that point having a primary optimal ttk on your OHK gun's really terrible and a sniper or a shottie is just better. The reason why usage rates aren't anywhere near the top. Pre-nerf antaeus with bastion though. Now that was fun. And even then you had to be a bit careful aping shotties with it because the shield didn't last the whole charge time.

Don’t call bastion a fusion rifle. I’ve said this, CammyCakes has said it. Bastion is a burst charged shotgun. It kills at ranges in between adaptive fusions and high impact shottys. It’s counterable, play at a distance. Or, use an actual shotgun and ape them STRATEGICALLY. You hear them charging a burst behind a wall, maybe don’t peek/jump up into the air instead. (For context, I use Fighting Lion and a Snipe. I have a hard time in close quarters, but even with that loadout, with the right playstyle you can beat them easily. -
At least let them leave one op weapon in the game for -blam!-s sake

Praxical you make some valid points and I agree that eververse needs to be removed from the game. But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

I once got a triple with Bastion and Luna combined. Neither is too powerful though, because I can't do that against just any one. and I probably won't ever pull that off in comp ever again.

Well it has a change up time and that’s a drawback. Very easily in that time can you be hit with a hammer or a dawnblade. Sniper and vorpal shotgun are instant damage

3 RepliesExcept if you did any nerfs to bastion no one would use it. Bastion is only used because its consistent at what it does.(main reason jotun isn't used in higher tier play) fusions need a consistency buff across the board and range increase for lower impact fusions.
