Exotic Solar Bow Idea
[u]Precision Frame Exotic Solar Bow[/u]
[b]Exotic Perk[/b]: [i]"Thermite Arrows"[/i] fully drawing this bow fires a thermite arrow that can stick to surfaces and spit out sparks and deadly flames for 3 seconds, setting any nearby enemies on fire.
[b]Bowstring[/b]: High tension string
[b]Arrow[/b]: Helical fletching
[b]Trait[/b]: direct precision hits with arrows deal a slight amount of burn damage to targets, and precision final blows cause enemies to explode.
[b]Catalyst[/b]: Increase burn time of thermite arrows from 3 seconds to 4.
[b]Draw time[/b]: 720
Edit: changed the arrows so that they only spark and shoot flames when sticking to walls. Arrows deal a small burn damage with direct precision hits.

3 RepliesThe problem with any solar bow is it can't include a DoT of any kind because Le Monarque exists. You'd have better luck just creating a kinetic Exotic Bow concept, then arbitrarily adding solar damage to it.

Too strong.. would get nerfed instantly.. you hit someone once with a bow they’re already oneshot away from dying, ontop of it, that first shot you just did will do flame and spark damage killing them? Off? After killing them their body explodes doing increased bonus burning damage to people around? Not gonna work kid lol
