Umbral Engrams
I have recently begun playing D2 and was enjoying thuroughly. I had noticed i had recived Umbral Engrams and thus decided to purchase the season pass so that i could decode these. However despite recieving the notification to go to the Prismatic Recaster, there appears to be a bug where i cannot acess the functions of it. It shows up blank except for the rewards bar.
Due to the fact i purchased the season pass with one of the main reasons being to acess the Umbral Engrams. I am very dissapointed and would like to know if there is anything that can be done or should I request a refund.
I have looked on various outside forums and have found others have experienced this bug, but could not find anything within Bungie's own forums.

You need to complete the quest "In The Face Of Darkness." In the course of doing that quest, you will unlock the ability to use the decoder. At one point, you will be told to speak with Drifter, who will give you an engram. You must take the engram to move forward, so if you don't have room for it, manually delete one of the engrams you're carrying so you can take the one being offered.

Unfortunately there is a quest you need to do first before decrypting Umbral Engrams. The quest is titled "Face of Darkness". If I remember correctly, the quest shouldn't take long to complete, only requiring a few simple objectives. Once you complete the quest in its entirety, you should then have access to both the Umbral Decoder and the Prismatic Recaster.
