For the last few week, all my pinnical rewards for weeklies have only been +1, with one exception, I got a cloak that was 1007. I've been at 1005 light level for three weeks and can't progress, because the pinnicals I get are only +1 for gear I already have at that level. I put it down to the RNG just not shinning on me, now i'm three weeks zero progression, is taking the piss abit. This weeks reset for example, I did the Gambit pinnical, my light level is 1005, the pinnical I got was exotic pulse rifle, Vigilance Wing (NICE), my joy was short lived because it only had a light level +1,1006. Then I did the Crucible pinnical, and boom same again 1006 only +1 of my 1005 light, on an armor piece I already have at 1006. I just the secondaty curucible rotation for the powerful engram, guess what? It dropped a 1005 nade launcher. I get 1005 loot from prime engrams. Why are my powerful engrams giving me gear the same light level as prime engrams, and pinnicals only giving me gear thats only +1? Starting to feel like the game is ripping me off. Everyone Ive asked in game says powerful is +1, pinnical is +2, unless you're ME.!!!! Rant over. peace o7 P.S. I'm not counting power added by the artifact.
