Cross save won’t deactivate
I activated cross save on the day it was released. So about 2 months ago I wanted to go back to my original console characters, which I should have done from the start but I couldn’t. I’ve reached out to Bungie, multiple times via self help and haven’t been able to get a response all I want is to switch my active characters. Any help is great help TIA

3 RepliesHi there. If you have all of the correct accounts linked, and are just wanting to switch which account is used as the active save data, then it’s a fairly simple fix. In the linked article, you’ll find a contact form. Fill out the form, providing details of your situation, and Bungie staff should be able to switch the active account for you.
