I knew from the start that I was never going to be able to attempt a Grandmaster Nightfall. I had a hard time with a coordinated team doing the Master Nightfall two seasons ago. And I was 10 LL over. Even if I had the time to grind out the XP to be LL, I'm not going to be playing it when it's forcing me to be 25 LL below the cap. And a streamer race? Again? REALLY? This isn't a -blam!-ing raid. I'm not even remotely interested in tuning into a Strike that I've already played through a thousand and one times. The challenge is also ridiculous. I get that Champions are supposed to be threatening and tough enemies, but it has made it all the more annoying since the damage number changes. If Champions didn't rapidly self-heal every few seconds between trying to activate overload shot, or break a barrier, they'd be a little easier to deal with. That's a huge problem. It makes doing DPS while doing something solo terrible, annoying, and not enjoyable. On top of that, Bungie Devs keep putting these mods on very specific weapons that don't have enough ammo to decent DPS to the champions. In the time it takes to switch weapons or reload, the Champion is auto-healing faster than your animation can complete. Even with reload and dexterity mods! Sidearms and Submachine Guns for Anti-Barrier? -blam!-. Overload for Autorifles and Handcannons? Little better. Only Unstoppable Rounds on Handcannons? What the -blam!- are you on? And you can't run exotics because only a few specific exotics are able to accomplish these tasks of disabling a champion. Then locked loadouts -blam!- you up because you can't switch weapons; a minor complaint there, but still hella annoying. Can't even switch mods. Last but, finally, not least, you changed the -blam!-ing medal from honoring Cayde to being the Vanguard icon with a sword? My insensitive to try was just purged. Lost respect. I was holding out for this season, despite it's negative feedback. But this definately killed it for me. I knew it was coming, I was waiting to see how it was going to be handled, but this is so ridiculous.
