I've done everything I can think of and searched all over support for some kind of information on how i could possibly fix this problem, but no matter what my twitch prime loot won't show up. I got the SUROS bundle when it was first released but the Poultry and Prometheus bundles won't go through. On top of that the SUROS bundle isn't even showing up in my Redemption History despite me having previously claimed it.
