I haven't played D2 on PSN since the first month of the initial console launch. I switched to PC as soon as it was available for PC. I noticed this after using Cross Save and viewing my Cross Save characters. I somehow have a negative balance of -7900 Silver. I looked through all transactions for my PSN and there are no refunds shown.
