Telesto cannot be equipped/used (No other exotic weapon equipped)
Does anybody know what is happening with the Telesto or is anybody else getting this aswell?

Bungie disabled it due to a OP glitch.

Im wondering that to got it from xur worked really well now the next day it says can’t use it I hope personally bunjie is not trying to -blam!- over it’s players because this weapon would really help for when grinding doing missions

there's a glitch being spread around. something about getting your super really fast. Bungie probably killed it while they work on the exploit.
