Issue creating account with chrome
Was giving me the following error (in debug console) when clicking "create account" from chrome browser (v77.0.3865.120, using steam account, after entering in email address). Tried twice. Worked first time fine with firefox.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'CurrentCultureName' of null
