Turn out cross save to change the xbox account
I have the problem that i linked the wrong xbox account to my crossave at the moment i activated it( a month ago) in this time i played it on Battel net and i bought some silver. Now d2 is free on xbox one an i wanted to play it with friends but i take the wrong acc. So i have to wait a month to deactivate it and change the acc and then i have to wait three months because i deactivated cross save. My question is if Bungie could reset my crossave settings or if i could do somthing that i dont have to wait 4 months where all my friends play and level without me.

Read the article, and if your issue is not resolved by the information in the article, please click the button at the bottom, fill out the form with all of the information, and submit it. After submission, please be patient, as the Bungie teams have to go through each submission (including all of those that were before yours), and they only do so during business hours, so it may take some time for you to get a result if one is needed.
