Streamers and their sheep are the bane of Destiny.

Dude it’s a power weapon in the energy slot. Should be in the power weapon slot. And before you say it’s easy to dodge it’s got tracking so if you dodge it just curves and kills you. As soon as an opposing team starts losing in comp at least 2 of the players switch to Jotuun because it’s a clutch weapon. There’s nothing that says you can’t do that but it’s like having a rocket launcher in the game nervy slot.

The weapon is the most broken thing in the game for pvp and pve. Glad they are finally doing something about it. You are just upset that no one cares about your post. Because once again it's a dumb complaint.

Your fighting a losing battle, against youtubers. You can’t argue against them or beat them in any way. You may not realize it, but their subscriber base is FAR GREATER then every single person on the forum. These posts are ALWAYS downvoted and harassed by their ravenous fans to kingdom come. Their influence will trump anything you say. Let me give an example. Have you seen those videos where a streamer carries people through comp recoveries? This breaks not only console code of conduct, but bungies code of conduct. Both are punishable by suspension or even bannations. But they have never been even suspended once. Why? Because, how angry were their be if their favorite streamer had a nasty suspension for quote “helping people out?” How likely will their fans fill the forums and reddit with hate mail, describing the situation as unfair? How likely is it that there would be a boycott from the streamers fans (and his other streamer friends)? You see it now? They are invincible. Immortal. They have bungie wrapped around their finger. That’s how they have so much power over bungie. They practically control the company. They can do anything they want with absolutely no consequence. Heck, if they wanted to, they could add ANY mod to their games and consoles and would NEVER get banned. Aim bots, controller mods, increased stats, they could add it all with absolutely no fear of every facing punishment. They could even hack accounts and easily get away with it. You can’t do anything to them. They are the de facto power in this game. Unless something extremely nasty happens to them in game, they will do absolutely everything they can to either increase their chances for worlds first, or try to make the game harder to bolster their content length, therefore allowing them to con their sheep for more $.

It's such a massive overreaction. You need a good PC that can reach the high frame rates for it to even be possible. I stopped watching YouTube for opinions during D1 days. It's the sheep mentality. People are naturally programmed to go along with popular opinion even if they don't know what the facts of the given subject are. Not saying someone is a sheep for watching an opinion video just those who go along for the ride simply for the sake of going along for the ride. Jotuun is not that crazy. So many powerful weapons are in the game. Makes it fun.

This stuff is why I didn’t preorder this go around.

Its really funny when people who call people sheep for agreeing with a youtuber just spit out the same copy pasted “youtuber bad” garbage.

I couldn’t care less whether or not Jotunn gets nerfed. However, since so many likely deluded conspiracy theorists on here like to insist that streamers control every single action that Bungie makes, I’m curious as to whether or not Jotunn will actually be nerfed in the near future.

A bug is one thing. If it's a glitch allowing cheese, then it should be fixed. However, I'm totally against nerfing Jotun to appease the PvP snowflakes.

A have breaking bug was discovered, that gave PC a monstrous advantage for world's first, and shared via YouTube [i] specifically[/i] to get it addressed before the content drop. What is your problem with that? Bungie can't fix the frame rate bug, so they are disabling the weapon for the raid. That seems pretty damned reasonable to me on console, and planning to play day 1 of the raid.

Please tell what is being nerfed on the toaster? Cause all I'm seeing is "disabled for 24 hours" while the world's first is going on. Edit: the question is rhetorical btw
