Cross Save HELP ILL LOSE EVERYTHING
hey all i need help so urgent
i have linked all of accounts when account linking was a thing
now when i want to apply for cross save they asked me to authenticate
all of my accounts and when i log into my xbox live account it says that its not the right account
im sure 100% that was the email i used for the account linked i dont know what to do anymore
i cant link the account and i cant even un link the account PLEASE HELP !!!

3 RepliesSounds like you need to head over to Xbox.com, and figure out what your login credentials are for your account. You must be able to authenticate all of your linked accounts to enable cross-save, so you’ll need to sort out your login info.
