I posted a forum about this awhile ago about the same issue and it’s still unresolved I am unable to get into my account through Xbox it always gives me an error code saying I need to connect to Xbox but when I go to Xbox.com it says I’m already signed in. I’m honestly frustrated because it’s not only this it’s every companion app for destiny 2 and I’m tired of going back and forth between characters and the tower please I’m begging you someone help me The error code is “We where unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit Xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way,such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.” The issue is I’ve check 100 times there’s no update there’s a gt there has been for 5 years since I started playing D1, I recently changed my gamertag but I dont think that would be an issue.. if it is tell me how to fix it, Xbox told me that they can’t do anything about it and that I should talk to y’all so I had to make another account just to contact y’all.
