Error : Reading game content (Xbox1 X)

So it’s been about a week since the Forge came out... and a week since I started getting disconnected with the « Error Reading Game Content » bug! I bought the Annual Pass just before the new content, can’t even play because it keeps freezing with this $&%#* bug! What the hell is wrong with this game?! Never had any problem before! It’s disgusting! Can’t find any help... deleted and reinstalled the whole game and expansions 3 times now... still unplayable... Can anyone help?

  • Hey there, Appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. 1. I would start by clearing out your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]cache[/url] and see if that fixes things. 2. Completely [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/45178]reinstall[/url] the game to ensure there is nothing in your current install creating these issues. 3. Perform a hard reset on the system by holding the power down for 10 seconds and then try to log in from there.
