Hi I go by Tsuzakeza91, I am having an issue with Ikora since the winter events and the Ikona alert to turn in a reward is constantly blinking. I have attempted to do enough missions of hers to gain an engram but still it appears with no reward after the engram collection. If anyone has any suggestions please send to my user name since I have been having issues trying to send tickets to bungie.
