Starting 9/30/2017 all of my sparrows on each character would travel slower if their boost was being used. Initial trigger pull would present a quick boost and then immediate slowing down. Normal movement with the sparrow appeared to be quicker than boosting. Signing out switching sparrows and changing characters did not seem to fix.
