If anyone didn't know Nokris was Oryx's father, they need to look at how the statues work lmao.
It works the exact same way in most ancient kingdoms, or better, imagine that episode of Futurama where Fry becomes Emperor and the pictures go from left to right

It would have been included in the World's Grave if it was Oryx's dad.

His dad didn't make the World's Grave. Oryx sent Crota to make it. I have a hard time believing Crota even knows who his grandfather is

Oryx created the world's grave after he kicked Oryx out. It was built billions of years before the Hive had even discovered Earth. Over that time they have recorded the deaths of thousands of worlds.
