You tell me:
The illiteracy of the forums is quite the insipid poison. Grammatical errors run rampant insinuating violent conundrums and queries that have no sentimental value beyond destructive tendencies. We must scrutinize the value withdrawn and dormant within each post to overcome the contrary disputes that lead yonder inside the calamitous abyss.
I appropriate my comprehension and reading skills at the college level. Any lack of understanding or word deemed searchable in that paragraph directs your skills below College and/ or high school.
[To put in layman's terms, if you don't completely understand what I am displaying in the above paragraph and you must use outside sources to understand or comprehend the full meaning of the statement, your reading and writing skills are far below college. Honestly, a sentence of that caliber or intelligence would've been taught in middle school during the Renaissance era and Shakespeare time line.]
As well, I'm not an English major or anything close to it in college.
I'll also post this response as well for all to hear:
"...I also see no negative factor of expanding word usage as it leads to healthier brain growth and memory retainment. Could you suggest the possibility of myself flaunting or showing off my intelligence in a demeaning manor? Absolutely. Although my true intentions are spreading knowledge for all to use and that's why I listed my ideas in layman's terms. I also consider emotional displacement in your case so I'll dissolve the situation with this:
I do apologize if I came across as demeaning or inconsiderate. My motive and goals are to help entirely. Have wonderful days and good luck Guardian."
Edit 2: If you'd like to really know my motivation, look up the organization called MENSA. Cheers.

I think somebody is being a bit pedantic.
-
You honestly sound like a -blam!-ing dbag. Nobody talks like that man
-
My colleagues and I do. Being a "d-bag" is an opinion but thanks for your input Guardian. Have a wonderful day.
-
Y-you too...
-
Put away the thesaurus, you used so many words incorrectly in that paragraph that your true reading comprehension really shows through. Real people do not speak like that, regardless of comprehension; the ones that do are usually just trying to sound smart, which usually has the opposite effect.

Don't respond to the bait, he's just a 12 year old looking for attention.

Could you provide an example?

> Saw poll > Chose "college" > Saw this post > Went back up to poll and chose "elementary" > Sat in silence and rethought life...
-
I read your entire post in an effete accent.

My fellow countrymen, I speak to you as coequals, knowing you are deserving of the honest truth. And let me warn you in advance, my subject matter concerns a serious crisis caused by an event in my past history: the execution-style killing of a security guard on a delivery truck. At that particular point in time, I found myself in a deep depression, making mental errors which seemed as though they might threaten my future plans. I am not over-exaggerating. I needed a new beginning, so I decided to pay a social visit to a personal friend with whom I share the same mutual objectives and who is one of the most unique individuals I have ever personally met. The end result was an unexpected surprise. When I reiterated again to her the fact that I needed a fresh start, she said I was exactly right; and, as an added plus, she came up with a final solution that was absolutely perfect. Based on her past experience, she felt we needed to join together in a common bond for a combined total of twenty-four hours a day, in order to find some new initiatives. What a novel innovation! And, as an extra bonus, she presented me with the free gift of a tuna fish. Right away I noticed an immediate positive improvement. And although my recovery is not totally complete, the sum total is I feel much better now knowing I am not uniquely alone.

This made me laugh. +1

Well to start you horribly miss used the words insinuating, conundrums and queries. And then let's get on to the fact that they didn't have middle school during Shakespeare's time or during the renaissance. There was no system of public education. Just because you've heard flowery language in some of Shakespeare's work doesn't mean that every peasant spoke in that manner. Please get a dictionary and a history textbook. Or you know Google works as well.

Edited by Pitts No Chill: 9/28/2015 9:05:46 PMInsinuating: verb gerund or present participle: insinuating 1. suggest or hint (something bad or reprehensible) in an indirect and unpleasant way. "he was insinuating that she had slept her way to the top" via Google. My usage: "... run rampant insinuating violent conundrums..." Used as a verb so incorrect evaluation. Conundrums: noun plural noun: conundrums a confusing and difficult problem or question. "one of the most difficult conundrums for the experts" via Google. My usage: "... insinuating violent conundrums and queries that have no sentimental value..." Again, how did I use it incorrectly? It's a synonym do difficult problem or question. Queries: noun plural noun: queries 1. a question, especially one addressed to an official or organization. "a spokeswoman said queries could not be answered until Monday" via Google. My usage: "... insinuating violent conundrums and queries that have no sentimental value..." Could I have been more specific? Absolutely but it was used correctly. Next time, do the research yourself. Edit: Also, while it may be true the time period didn't have a proper school system, the underlying tone is equivalency.

The problem with your word choice is that you do not at all expound upon anything. Your choice of the word queries for instants it makes no sense in the context there. I'm glad that you actually did decide to get a dictionary however your statements can still make no sense. Judging by your name, ninjaslash, I'm gonna say that you're of a younger age. And that you you just using these words to sound sophisticated even though you come off as a bumbling fool with a Dictionary beside a thesaurus. Moreover are you honestly trying to say that all education these days is worse than it was back at the very end of the dark ages. Like I said please for the love of God will you please just do your research.

A man/ woman of intelligence needs not context clues to derive the true meaning of a statement. You're arguably calling your biased statement a fact when it's a mere opinion. My handle suggests nothing of intellectual standards. Good day sir and good luck Guardian.
