Help me build my team for Omega Ruby!

So I have decided I want to get my competitive battling team for Omega Ruby all bred up and ready before the game comes out. I am doing this early because I have all the proper breeding gear and a flawless 6IV Japanese Ditto in X version so I can start off with a team of flawless 5IV Pokemon ready to raise in Omega Ruby. I may not get my whole team bred early, but I at least want to get the backbone of it prepared. I have already decided that I am going to use Mega Sceptile and Volcarona on my team. The Volcarona moveset will be this: Volcarona @ Leftovers EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe Timid Nature - Quiver Dance - Fiery Dance - Bug Buzz - Roost And the Mega Sceptile moveset I imagine will be close to this but with a Dragon STAB thrown in somewhere and obviously minus the Choice Specs: Sceptile @ Choice Specs Ability: Overgrow EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Leaf Storm - Focus Blast - Hidden Power Rock - Giga Drain What I currently need for my team: - A Hazard Setter - A Rapid Spinner/Defogger - A Wall - A Physical Sweeper - A Water type - A Steel type - A Flying type - A Ground type - Possibly an Electric or Fighting type - Anything else that works or fits in well. It should be known that I would like to make my ORAS team as different as possible from my X/Y team, which is: Galvantula Greninja Dragonite Aegislash Blaziken Excadrill I would also like to keep my team withing OU and Uber tiers. Even though I don't play Smogon, those are generally a good way to go for strong Pokemon. Also, no legendaries. So, any ideas?
