You never hear about a pc2 because there is no need for it. All the parts in a pc are upgradable. My friend is going to build a pc for $700 and it could play all the games on Xbox and play station no problem and more. If my friend needed to he could just upgrade the parts in his pc for less then it would cost to buy both the new ps4 and Xbox one combined especially with the sales that come during the holidays for pc parts. The only time you will hear the words "next-gen pc" or "pc2" is when quantum computers are developed because those things will blow modern day pc's out of the water.

Modifié par Ozzun : 11/24/2013 6:09:16 PMA computer that takes the laws of quantum physics and applies them into computer code and calculations and allows for in theory to work faster and do more work in a short amount of time. For example if a quantum computer were to be made in another 5 years or so a modern bank and all of its accounts could be broken into and all the money stolen out of them really quickly because the calculations the quantum computer could make would be several thousand times quicker compared to a regular pc today that could do the same thing but it would take a really long time and more then one computer would be needed. To summarize all this just think pc's of today using them to solve the cure to cancer is taking a really long time as far as we can see but if we were to have quantum computers figuring out the cure to cancer would either take half the time or less than that that we have spent on trying to figure out how to cure cancer in a more healthier way other than radiation an so on.
