Small or Large Clan - All that matters is feeling like I belong

So mainly a vent post but also hoping I can find a clan that helps with this issue. Socially awkward but not hard for me to get comfortable with people, however I have noticed that no matter what game I play or what clan I am in, people just tend to be silent and no engaging with new people. Basically they have their own clicks and its hard to really get involved with a clan that doesn't try to engage with you. I just decided to start playing again so my power level isn't where it should be (above 300 tho) I just wish I could find that clan that actually looks to help and talk to their players instead of making it seem like silence is the best option, at that point I feel like either playing solo or just not playing the game at all anymore, it was the whole reason I stopped playing in the first place.
