the memento shaders should be purchasable, maybe for 3 mementos since its the max. because tier 5 weapons dont take mementos anymore. let us get the shaders and sunset the mementos altogether. the tracker can just be added to weapon same as other trackers work. for the weapon title we could just let us use a seal title related unlockable word to slot it in. mementos are outdated, pls bungie at least let us have the shaders.
