Make Rally Banners Consistent
In some content, when you plant a rally banner, it restores ammo/abilities automatically.
In other content, you have to plant it and then hold X to rally to the flag in order to get this same restoration.
Sucks when you plant it and think you've replenished everything and run off only to realize you didn't rally and then the flag disappears.
Why the two different actions?

Simple solution is just holding interact on the flag and maybe paying attention ✌️ Some mf said it doesn’t reload his weapons, if youre rallying at the start of an enc or whatever why would your guns not be reloaded anyways, talm bout sum “it doesn’t reload my weapons” do you just run around like a chicken with its head cut off and not reload ur guns?
