Can’t unlink old Xbox account
Hey there,
So I’m trying to enable cross-save for my steam and PlayStation account. However my Bungie account from over 10 years ago back in my teens, was made using my old Xbox account (old email which I’ve since forgotten and I moved to PlayStation using my current email)
I’ve linked my PlayStation and steam account but the old Xbox account is there and I have no way of logging into it in order to authenticate or unlinking. I never fully finished setting up cross-save so seems I can’t go to disable route
Any help to get this sorted would be greatly appreciated.

The comment from TuxyDoh is correct as we no longer unlink

Platform accounts cannot be unlinked after March 25th. There are no workarounds. You'll need to work with Microsoft support to recover access to the account in order to activate Cross Save.
