Hey there, as of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink accounts. Additionally, even before this, it was never possible to remove accounts that could not be authenticated, so the account is stuck as is. Bungie will not adjust any player's cross-save or linkages on their end under any circumstances.

So I’m pretty much screwed with an account of seven years that I can only play on pc because I have no idea what the other account is. Great

Modifié par EckyThump : 12/8/2025 1:08:50 AMPSN is your Active account in your cross-save setup, the PSN account is where your current characters came from. You may have been playing the characters on Steam for a number of years, but PSN is your primary, it's not an 'unknown' account unless you just meant you forgot the details. As it's the primary, to want to abandon/unlink that old PSN account would mean losing your characters (ie seven years of progress) completely anyway. Even without the change to Bungie's unlink policy, and even if you recovered the login details, there is no way ever to play the old PSN characters on a new PSN account. However you could recover the old PSN account and use it on PS5 like that.
