You will need to speak to Steam to see if there is anything they can do. Bungie aren't the ones that control your license.

Im waiting for Steam's reply too but do you think they will give my key back ? I dont know how that will work

Haven't checked if anyone has had it work for them recently, but in pretty much all situations pre-2024 they'll tell you there is nothing they can do and to contact the seller to have them issue you a new key. The issue is that if you bought it through a third party (ie GMG) then GMG are unable to revoke the key themselves and as a result may not want to issue you another key on the chance you're just trying to get a free key.
