Hey there, what happens when you launch the game on Epic? Are you getting a 'no so fast..' error?
To answer your questions.
1 - due to a policy change in March of this year, it is no longer possible to unlink accounts.
2 - it'd be strange if you could access the game on PSN while getting a 'not so fast' error on Epic. To me, that'd imply the Epic account you launched from is not the Epic account you've got linked here.

And second it say im banned, but thing is i dont understand what is going on since i activated cross save so i taught it would transfer my playstation character, i bought something like more than 10k argentum so im a bit mad Im wondering if its possible to delete this character so i can just spend the argentum and go back to play on my ps? And lastly if there is no other solution, do you think there a chance if i put an appeal even without knowing why i could get it unbanned?

I guess he meant the Epic account was banned by Epic, not Bungie.
