Parental Control cant be disabled
Hello,
i somehow can´t play Destiny. It shows i don´t have access to online multiplayer games, because of parental controls. Though I am 25 years old. I launch the game via the xbox game launcher. In my Microsoft Account Setting it shows my real age, so that cant be the issue. I also checked my X-Box Account Settings to check if I somehow got some weird setting - but it shows i have all online-security settings set to "zulassen" which means "allow". This is the first game in which I have this problem, which is really weird to me. I am part of a microsoft-family, but I am the organizer of it - so I dont really get it. Thanks alot if someone can help me!
