You'll need to go through the Discord for support as Bungie do not offer any Marathon support via the forums.

I tried to message Cozmo, the Community Director. A discord bot automatically gave me an hr long timeout from talking at all. I have really tried everything else already.

Unfortunately, only other option is to message every so often in general to see if one of them can catch it. None of the Marathon support is being done by Bungie on here and the BNGHelp accounts are on here for Destiny/Destiny 2 related support.

In the Marathon Help Center, in the FAQ section, It says to use your Community Forums account to report bugs lol. And the thread got marked as 'Answered' without one of the Bungie accounts even trying to assist me because you answered it instead. I'm definitely not upset with you for trying to help... But this problem hasn't been address at ALL.

It mentions 'Marathon Help Center Forums' but they were never actually added to the Bungie forums - they, just as before with previous tests, continued with all support goes through the Discord. The Help Center is a mess of info and all they seem to update is the dates rather than the rest of the info. If you take a look at the the submit request form you'll see its filled with Destiny 2 questions - https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
