Oscillation is by far the worst modifier in the game because, it reduces damage on your weapons Scouts, Pulse Rifles and Grenade launchers. While most weapons do DMG such as SMGs, shotguns, ETC, I mean really the fact the modifier ruins majority of PvE gameplay it just so bad that I cannot bear to use my weapons if this modifier is on. And Bungie, you shouldn’t have added this modifier because it’s been majorly disliked and complained it should be removed so please don’t ever add this Modifier into ROTN. I’ve complained about this modifier and majority of the people say that the fact it can ruin your build and DMG DPS in end game content shouldn’t be like this.
