If it wasn’t already performing at top level it could maybe use a rework. But it’s pretty consistently been in the top half of DPS options throughout the entirety of D2 since it’s a vanilla weapon. Not many weapons can say that at all.

Not a rework. Just a perk. And Thunderlord didn't need anything either and got a roided-out version of Bolt Charge. Rewind Rounds on Merciless just makes too much sense.

I mean adding a perk is basically a rework when it’s an exotic. Obviously it would be good with rewind rounds. But it would be so good it would be busted.

Because weapon swap rotation dps will still be better. Merciless is hot right now because of Particle Deconstruction. Without it, it's B-tier. For a weapon that wants you to commit to nonstop fire in a DPS rotation dominated meta, it could use a push and the majority agree.

B tier is still in the upper half of options. I’m not saying it’s the greatest thing to ever exist. I’m not trying to make that point. And basically removing reload from a weapon that has exotic “kill clip” is a rework.

So you don't really have a leg to stand on here and considering the majority approve, we can wrap this up now 😴

I saw one that said kinetic tremors and attrition orbs for a khvostov catalyst. I’m like brother. Let’s just make it shoot rockets at this point. Don’t hold back. I’m not advocating for nerfs or anything. I’m one of the hardest believers in not doing that. But buffing things to hell that are already solid seems crazy.

Let's see here...aware but tried spinning the term rework just to admit you know how RR works just to abandon that angle and strawman into unrelated topics and gaslight the community while being overdramatic about rewind rounds on Merciless being "buffed to hell" when it still wouldn't be S-tier without the artifact mod.
