Unless Bungie decides to do something drastically different for the Marathon anti-cheat system, the answer is yes.
Given that Marathon reportedly uses the same engine as Destiny 2, all currently available D2 cheats might be compatible out of the box.

But what they failed to do was do that for their current game first. The moment they announced that they killed a lot of people’s desire to continue. Destiny breaks for a lot of reasons, but to sustain itself and actually grow. Ie. In terms of activity size, player density, game world size and stability. They would have needed to do that for destiny. As it would take some time to implement that to the live game. But they haven’t. Marathon might even be good. Servers and match connections will be great. If anyone decides to even touch at after what they’ve done to destiny
