When attempting the UPnP and Port Forwarding guide, please ensure that you are attempting each method separately. They should not be used at the same time.

  • Already tried the first suggestion, have no way of doing the steps in the second suggestion, which doesn't really address my problem as stated anyway. Was able, however, to access the troubleshooter on my router, which concluded that my Xbox had perfect connection to my router with no issues whatsoever, which is consistent with the issue being completely unrelated to my setup as I had stated already.
