Hi there!
Can you please clarify a bit more when you say you use mobile data? Is this a home internet plan through a carrier or are you using a mobile hotspot?

Mobile hotspot. I move a lot between university and home so use mobile hotspot for connection.

Even though plans may have unlimited data, there are limitations to those plans in which after a certain threshold, you may be throttled. Most plans also have a maximum threshold of hotspot data before they throttle your connection as well. Unfortunately, all cell plans have some sort of limitation or restriction of this nature. I would reach out to your provider for further information.

I reached out to them, they said i still have a long way to reach that threshold. And also informed me that they didn't change anything these past few days.

Did you inquire about your hotspot data usage or your regular data usage? Are you using a cell phone to do this? You stated that you move between a university and home. Are you a student of the university? If so, most universities can assist in adding your device to the network.

My university only allows a restricted few sites so i have to use my cellphone for the data. I asked my ISP about both about any recent ip blocks and their threshold for data usage. I'm faraway from the threshold so there are no limits on my internet.
