Error code TAPIR indicates that the Destiny 2 game may be down for maintenance. However, it is possible that you may be receiving this error code if you are not able to contact the Destiny 2 servers.

I wrote that in my message that it's not about my internet or device or connection I used a cloud gaming service which uses it's own internet for connecting to the game and it's own device and i just get it's stream I have a friend that plays with the same cloud service right now with no issues but my account gets that error What should i do?

As I stated previously, the error code you are receiving may be related to connectivity issues to the game. Cloud gaming services operate differently, so it would need to be investigated further by that service provider. The #help forums cannot provide assistance with this.
