G-Lance is firing much slower than before. Usually slow fire=hits harder. Feels sluggish though.
Did I miss when this was announced, is this a buff/nerf/bug? I saw in the patch notes that they were doing some tweaks to heavy pulses.

I did some testing and it’s only firing around 200 RPM instead of 300 like it’s supposed to. It’s also kicking like crazy so something else is going on as well.
-
I thought it felt off...
-
You are right. It's definitely slower. Someone screwed up.
-
It is firerate is slower, and impact is lower than any 340 rpm pulse. Someone made a big mistake. Graviton is not usable in this state
-
Noticed it immediately felt very slow. Essentially a 50% reduction in the firing rate, and it is more than a visual issue.
-
Fixed in a future update? As in along with other fixes we have been waiting for, for a few years now??? Time to switch back to Sunshot :)
-
Classic Bungie take one of the best and most popular weapons in the game currently, nerf it to hell then promise to fix it in the future which we all know will take months! If funs involved it will not not last long.
-
I didn't see the point of that change besides pissing me off. Didn't it already get nerfed before.
-
1 commentaireIt’s gonna be fixed in 2080
-
Noticed last night too and its not a small change that speed change is huge. I indeed switched back to Sunshot for fast ad clearing
-
It’s my main PvE weapon. Of all the f*** ups it had to be this one. Fantastic work.
-
1 commentaireI thought I was catapulted back to when it dropped. Wouldn't be surprised if they actually nerfed it "unintentionally"
-
11 commentairesThis was definitely a nerf and a DUMB one…. PLEASE TELL ME WHO HAD A PROBLEM W GRAVITON LANCE AND GETAWAY ARTISTS….. tht was literally my build and I just took a double shot…

I noticed it right away! Hopefully they fix it soon

Modifié par Why is this happening? : 8/7/2024 2:25:35 AMIt's a bug. It'll be fixed soon
soonish
1 commentaireIt needs a nerf. It's WAAAAAAAAAY overused. It's become the kill one/kill all weapon for ad clear due to the way its perk works and it's annoying as -blam!-. For reference, I'd swear you can set a thousand enemies in a straight line amd kill all of them with one pulse by letting the exotic perk chain. The worst it would be is stopping the perk from occuring more than twice in a chain. While, yes, there are quite alot of exotic ad clearers out there that are really good, a good 90% of them I swear are Graviton Lances.
-
Problem is folks following stresmers for the next weapon etc instead of developing one for themselves. Sometimes it’s meta. Sometimes it ain’t.
-
Highly doubt it’s a bug as they claim. Probably someone testing to see how it would be as 300rpm and blaming it as a bug
-
1 commentaireIf it was "unintentional" as they say, why not an immediate fix? Keep believing that. If it consist of having fun, it will be fixed in a "future update". If it's game breaking however.......
-
Bungo won't fix this with any urgency. If it were a Hand Cannon, would never have been glitched to begin with. Bungo is the king of bad decisions, this is just another one. You can believe it was a bug, I believe it was intentional.

Modifié par COMBATICUS : 8/8/2024 5:15:22 PMRemember when bungie said exotics from gears to weapons have their own separate way of tunning and adjusting, that if they did any type of fixing, they shouldn't interfere with them? Yea, I don't think this was a bug. They just wanted to see how everyone would react to its nerf "It'll be fixed in the future." lmao It's one weapon, I'm sure they can do it in few days tops

Has GL been fixed yet?
