My original day 1 hymn buff. I can still remember the day I got it. And those times helping those people get that exotic? Classic. Does it give me +0.004 airborne effectiveness? who knows. I will always cherish its presence in my UI. Wish we could have woken the hive together.

In D1 when Rahoul decripted a legendary engram off of a level 4 dreg in the cosmodrome and it turned into gjallarhorn. Best day ever!

1 commentaireMine was the ghoul title. The solo clear was such a pain!

My greatest treasure from this game comes from the days of D1 Year 1. I had originally planned on waiting until about a year in to start. My older brother was doing a tour through Asia in the Navy, so I wanted to wait until he came back so we could play together. A friend of mine made a big deal about not having anyone to play with though, so I got the game to help him out. We did most of the campaign separate, but got back together to run it on the harder difficulty. Nowadays, that wouldn't have been much of a feat, but back then, when we were both about 20ish levels under the recommendation, it was a bit of a challenge, but very doable. Up until the strike Winter's Run. That strike for whatever reason gave us the most trouble. We finally got to the end and wiped so many times, mostly due to the snipers hiding out in a cave behind the fight. So, we came up with a plan. I was running Voidwalker with a bullet hose Auto Rifle. He was on Bladedancer with a Sniper and a Scout. We figured out that, if we jumped on top of the big rock in the back of the arena, we couldn't get melee'd by the boss, and it had a harder time shooting us if we crouched. Problem then became the snipers. So, we divided duties. He'd watch the snipers and pop them as they spawned, using invis to rez me if he missed one. My job was to lay into Aksor with everything I had. Already felt like an epic moment for us, even if it probably wasn't as hard as we were thinking. However, we had a moment during that fight that kind of became a running joke for us. He got killed by a sniper, so I ducked back quick to grab him. I turned around only to find that Aksor had vanished. Turns out, he was in a corner of the rock that just hung over his head enough to disappear. Gut reaction, I went "Uh... He's gone." My friend immediately yelled over the mic, "How the f--k did you lose an Archon Priest?" We almost wiped when we busted out laughing. Unfortunately my friend got disillusioned with Destiny not long after that. A lot of his other friends jumped ship before Taken King, so he followed them. That comment is something we both still reference to this day though.

3 commentairesThe mission to unlock stormcaller. I wanted to be a lore accurate stormcaller. So I used the sit emote to "meditate" in the lightning strikes while all the vex were shooting me. I somehow made it through the whole mission without dying. Sitting on the edge of a cliff on venus. Watching a waterfall and seeing the "birds" in the distance. There was this one mysterious enemy that would show up outside the map sort of. After all my friends logged off i would go there and read grimoire cards. The ambient sounds and skyboxes in d1 were amazing.

Every weapon with PvP requirements that I managed the bare minimum on. The Vow bow from Shaxx I managed to get with I think none at all. Especially Malfeasance which I forgot about at one point and then randomly got off of someone else's invasions.

The best and strongest memories are probably related to VoG in D1. All the weapons were good and everyone was happy when a new player got the Vex. The sound when completing it is also stuck in my head forever and I love that they added that string of cords to Dares of Eternity.

my greatest treasure is my discreptor title that i’ve worked 2 years & thousands of hours to obtain

Memory. First time stepping into Kings Fall in D1. On PS4 and it seemed SO HUGE I was in awe. Will never forget the overwhelming feeling of size and possibility. Sadly D2 Kings fall just ain't the same.

Most treasured? KF day 1 emblem because it’s the only Day I’ve done with my OG clan mates. 5/6 of the same people I did OG KF with in D1. Silly piece? Sagiras shell. Has never left my warlock. A true “ you had to be there “ cosmetic

The whole Salavations Edge Contest experience. In all 10 years nothing comes remotely close to the intensity and the feeling of success after getting a decent finish. Imo Bungie delivered the perfect Raid and the perfect Contest experience.

My La Monarche made me fall in love with using bows. Still use it more than any other weapon.

Graviton lance ever since I learned about the starter kit thing from Ikora graviton lance has been my favorite exotic weapon and now that I switched to playing as a warlock, with nezeracks sin.

2 commentairesPositivty.... hmm, interesting!! Pretty much all the currently equipped emblems are treasured!! But I would probably say malfeasance! That is my (very overly used) go to weapon of choice! Sadly it doesn't fit into this seasons champion mods perfectly (unlike last season) but it's there for everything else!!

Raiding and my Dust Rock Blues. I love that shotgun so much, and the ornament makes it look sick.
