The app says I have no players
I have three characters, I’m able to login to my characters on my Xbox X but it won’t let me access my players vault, or anything on the companion. Can somebody help me with this?

It's possible you're logged into the wrong account. The Gamertag 'Player374867262' hasn't played Destiny 2 at all. Please log out and make sure to use the correct login information as you do on Xbox.
