Agreed seal unlocked = triumph that grants the raid exotic if you didnt get lucky enough to get it to drop randomly.

Aside from bad luck protection, this is actually the one thing believe SHOULD guarantee a raid exotic. No quests, no specific number of runs, but absolutely getting the seal if "bad luck protection" didnt grant you the gun.
