Putting raid exotics behind a pure RNG wall (with low odds to boot) is a terrible and outdated model.
It really sucks when one of your teammates has the luck of it dropping twice while others will never see it once.
It should be a questline similar to Divinity.

Yes. Also they should make the Exotic Vault a lower amount of the Spoils needed to get the Exotics there from the raid. Instead of 250 maybe like 100.
