Could you imagine if they made a season where there was 6 weeks of 3 minute missions that was "okay, go to the same place and get a relic. Oh they are powerful, but we don't know what they do! Maybe next week well know something". Then next week. Then next week. Then next week. Until 3 months of wasting our time and filling it with nothingness ends up into making some damn tea. And this is how they respond to the lowest population numbers (both lowest highs and lowest lows) ever seen? Wow. That would be a funky thing to imagine.
