They need some elden ring level story telling/lore. Because golly things have gotten real bad. I didn’t expect a disciple to be turned into a tea. I’d really much rather have seen the guardian manage to find a way to resurrect Nezerac, in which in return he would revive/wake Osiris. And team up with the last city to take down the Witness. Which of course would be cliche, knowing that a bad guy turned good. But this game is full of crap like that.

Modifié par Unbreakable Patches : 12/1/2022 1:54:58 AMElden Ring was just a bad Dark Souls fan fiction. Please don’t pretend it’s some narrative masterpiece. Also, why the -blam!- would we revive Nezarec?

Modifié par BOSSNONO254 : 12/1/2022 2:19:25 AMI mean, Elden ring did win game of the year. For not only it’s immersive gameplay but of its unique story telling. All the souls games have much better story telling than what Bungie can come up with. I’d much rather have FromSoftware cook up lore and storylines than the devs that are at Bungie today. And well I thought the Nezerac resurrection idea would’ve been a lot more interesting and dynamic to the story leading up to Lightfall.

GOTY means literally nothing and Elden Ring winning kinda proves that. It was a rehash of the Dark Souls story except less interesting. The gameplay was quite literally copied and pasted from Dark Souls 3. The open world was utterly dead and pointless, being by far the worst aspect of the game. Nezarec being resurrected would be stupid as -blam!- because literally nothing would be gained from it except a massive problem. And we have the relics, so it would have required the writing to make us/the other characters quite possibly the dumbest, most irrational people in the universe. Destiny’s lore is fine, especially if you’re using -blam!- Elden Ring as a standard lmao. Hell, the story telling is almost identical in a lot of ways considering the meat of it is in item descriptions and miscellaneous lore tidbits.

Well🤔, when you put it like that I suppose you’re right then.
