There already is bad luck protection for all raids .
Unfortunately the drop rate starts between 3-5% and goes up by 1% each week on your 1st clear only.
So at this point in time you only have a 13-15% chance and to reach 100% you'd have to do 1 clear each week for the next year and a half.
I had this confirmed by a bungie monitor a while back inba separate thread.

"I had this confirmed by a bungie monitor a while back inba separate thread." Yeah, I'm gonna need to see that before I believe it.
-
A lot of what I've said has been talked about in twabs over the last 2 years mostly in twabs around the launch of BL, feel free to look them up. The thread with the bungie monitor was probably about a year ago in the the rewards category and the title was some about raid exotic drop rates. Feel free to look it up as well.
-
So you want me to prove your not full of it? Ummm.... No. If it's in a TWaB you can back your own claims.
-
I'm not your mom, I'm not going to hold your hand. You can either believe strangers on the internet or do your own research, don't be lazy.
-
I've actually looked into it quite a bit and I never seem to find anything from Bungie on bad luck protection except for 1k and Anarchy. So being lazy isn't one of my problems, at least in this case. I'm not your dad, I'm not going to guide you. You can back your own claims.
-
Apparently not enough since you've missed tawbs and an interview with Luke Smith back round BL. I'm not your grandma, I won't find stuff for you and make you a cup of tea. Take my word or leave it, I really don't care, either way I gain nothing.
-
Still not finding anything, so just gonna go with you don't know what your talking about. Your right, my grandma worked in the medical field and knows how to provide sources for her claims.
-
In 30 minutes you checked 100+ twabs and game informer articles. Doubtful. Where's your proof that your actual checking and reading, provide your sources. Insurance claims don't provide sources they call and see if it's covered or not and if they have active Insurance.
-
Do you want my browser history from the past few years in addition to today or what exactly would you like? An insurance claim is quite different than claiming that something exists.
-
Annoying isn't? Basically what your asking for when you want me to spend probably 2 days skimming through old articles just to post probably 5 links. Also you proved my point that you didn't check a single twab or GI article. Insurance claims literally claim you have an issue or that you had a procedure done.
-
I don't have an issue or need a procedure done so............... I really don't know what you expect me to show you. I'm pretty confident that I've ready every TWaB since Shadow Keep, along with most of the older TWaBs. Not once can I recall bad luck protection being discussed other than 1k and Anarchy. I don't even know how many articles/interview I've read over the years but same there, nothing that I can recall from Bungie confirming back luck protection outside 1k and Anarchy. I can't say that I checked Game Informer specifically but I've looked into this plenty. It comes up often and the conversation is always the same. No one has ever been able to link me to anything. "There is bad luck protection" "I don't think there is, can you source that?" "No you"
-
That's because BLP is always referenced by bungie but seldom talked about directly because bungie likes a level ambiguity around this sort of thing. Basically you have to piece together all these small reference starting around Y4 in order to get a picture. If I had all the links it would probably be like 5 different twabs, 1 or 2 interviews, comments by devs on Twitter, and my conversation with a bungie moderator. The most information bungie dumped on us about blp was in a twab the season or 2 after after beyond light inwhich they revealed the bad luck protection for eyes of tomorrow wasn't working properly. In that twab they revealed that you gain 1% on your 1st account clear each week.
-
That's neat.
-
It never has been really proven. Ive seen a lot of players doing more raids than that to get eyes of tomorrow or vex. And if it was really going uo 1% by 1% most people should get it when around 70% etc... But nah. I think its just 5% all the time even if they said it wasnt the case x)
-
Everything I've said has either been confirmed by bungie or a moderator. Even to hit 70% your looking at over a years worth of clears and most people give up after 2-3 seasons. Also a lot of people don't realize that exotics only have a drop chance on your 1st 3 clears each week or they think multiple clears will buff rng chances. For instance, the OP claims 52 clear but since kings fall launched this season only around 30 clears would have had a drop chance. The raid rotater is the only exception since you can farm it for the exotic
-
Modifié par Nova : 11/30/2022 7:37:59 PMThey have never confirmed it for anything besides 1k and eyes of tommorow. And it's at 42 as of this week
-
Luke Smith did an interview with game informer (I think) back before BL dropped and he mentioned that all raid weapons would have BLP moving forward and that it would be possible to reach 100% drop chances. I believe this was also brought up in a few twabs around then, and the bungie mentor confirmed this as well.
-
Not arguing or even know if this is correct, but I thought only dlc raids would have bad luck protection. Free raids (vog, kf) is 5% regardless of clears. Correct me if I’m wrong.
-
Pretty sure it's all or atleast that's what Luke Smith said years ago in an interview for beyond light.
-
That's brutal
