After the start of the PVP match, the loading of the video card drops twice. In PVE activities, the video card also does not always work at full capacity, but it is much better than in PVP.
my system
processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
graphics card: AMD Radeon rx 5700xt
RAM: 32gb
windows 11
monitor 144hz
P.S.: The processor is not overloaded. Reducing the graphics settings does not solve the problem with FPS. The game simply does not use all the resources of the computer.

Yep, in PVE too. This type of stuttering can cause seizures. I really surprized Bungie is doing nothing about this. I recorded some footage. I get really bad input lag when it happens as well. My GPU and CPU are not even blinking when it's running either. 11900K @ 5.1 Ghz - EVGA 3090 FTW Ultra - 64Gigs DDR4 3200. I don't have issues in any other games. Including God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, Cyberpunk, etc. Here is a video showing what it is like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnpmSBfkB9w

Once I setup "EmptyStandByList" and set it to 2gb, all my stuttering and issues went away. Try it out, I'm so glad I found and started to use it, I have it on all my machines now and it has worked wonders for me.

Same Issue Here, Both CPU and GPU are no way near full utilization. see my post here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/261297004?sort=0&page=0

Same. mid match from 140 fps it just drops to 20 fps. playing pvp on Twilight Gap was -blam!-, playing Gambit was no different. everything would just stutter and suddenly everything fast forwards. it's like the animation is trying hard to catch up. I even did a fresh install of Windows and reset my machine. it's still the same. Running on - RAM: 16GB (15.8 GB usable) Proc: Intel COre i7-10750h Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Display: 144hz OS: Win 10
